Kaden’s parents came to me with a goal:

Get their son strong enough to pass the West Point Military Academy Fitness Assessment.

When he first started, Kaden couldn’t complete a single pull-up, sit-up, or push-up. Fast forward to the end of his training and he was knocking out 9+ pull-ups and built the strength and endurance needed to pass his Fitness Assessment!
